Compact 3 Analyzer The COMPACT 3 analyzer is a blood gas analyzer for critical and intensive care situations. Equally suitable for neonatology and lung function testing.
The COMPACT 3 analyzer offers a quick assessment of acid-base status and oxygen supply from whole blood.

- Fast results from small samples
The COMPACT 3 analyzer typically completes a blood gas analysis of pH, PCO2, PO2, barometric pressure (PBaro) and up to 17 associated calculated parameters from only 55 µl of whole blood, serum or plasma in 20 seconds. For applications where collection of sufficient sample volume is crucial, a special "Microsample" mode requiring only 25 µl is available.
- Simple operation
A measurement is initiated automatically - without any keystrokes - just by presenting a syringe sample. The universal fillport accepts samples from syringes, capillaries and microsamplers without any need for adapters.
- Minimized costs
The small sample volume ensures that reagent costs are minimized. In addition, the COMPACT 3 analyzer features a standby program that can be activated manually at any time, or programmed to user requirements to further reduce the operating expenditure.

- On-board quality control
Incorporated quality control software ensures the analytical quality and precision of the COMPACT 3 analyzer. Up to 34 quality control results for three levels can be stored - determining mean values and standard deviations. The software also provides a graphical Levy-Jennings plot and detects random or systematic errors by applying the Multirules.
