The Group Compliance Officer is committed to ensuring that Roche corporate principles are consistently complied with throughout the Roche Group and also serves as a contact person for shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and the general public on issues relating to the implementation of and compliance with these principles.
Abiding by valid regulations, or, in other words, exercising compliance, is one of the foundations of fair business practices (integrity, code of conduct) and sustainability - the long-term maintenance of value and added value that a company strives for. Nevertheless, sustainability in the sense of active corporate social responsibility involves more than mere compliance - it also includes services rendered voluntarily, above and beyond behavioral norms. |
